Our Introduction to AI and Applications and One-on-One Sessions do not require prior programming or computer science experience. While Dive Deep into AI welcomes students with all prior backgrounds, we strongly recommend that students complete Introduction to AI and Applications before enrolling.

AI is becoming an unavoidable part of how people learn, create, and work, shaping both daily life and future opportunities. Learning AI helps students understand the world they will grow up in and opens more possibilities for how they learn, create, and solve problems.

By understanding how AI works and where it is used, students learn to evaluate information, recognize bias or errors, ask better questions, and use technology thoughtfully and creatively rather than relying on it blindly. Our courses help fill the gap left by traditional schooling and prepare students for a future where AI is part of everyday life.

There is no single “right” age to start learning AI. What matters more is a child’s curiosity, readiness, and learning style. Our courses are designed for students from upper elementary school through high school, with content adjusted to be age-appropriate and easy to understand.

Students who are new to AI often begin with our AI Foundation Group Classes to build a strong understanding step by step. For students with specific interests, goals, or a need for more personalized support, One-on-One Sessions offer a more flexible and tailored learning experience.

While we strive for consistency, unforeseen circumstances such as family emergencies or public safety events may occasionally require schedule adjustments. In these rare cases, we prioritize finding a fair solution for all students to ensure no learning time is lost. The scheduling process depends on your chosen course format:

• AI Foundation Group Classes: These follow a fixed weekly schedule to ensure consistent progress. You will select your preferred day and time during enrollment, and your child will meet with their cohort at that same time each week. All sessions are held via Zoom; your unique access link will be included in your confirmation and weekly reminder emails.

• One-on-One Sessions: These offer maximum flexibility to fit your family’s schedule. After enrolling, you will receive a scheduling link in your order receipt. You can then use our booking system to select the specific time slots that work best for you each week.

• AI Foundation Group Classes:
  In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances, please notify us via our Contact Form to request a reschedule. For all other cases, missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

  • Note: If a student is unable to attend a scheduled make-up class, the session will be forfeited and no further rescheduling will be permitted.

• One-on-One Sessions:
  Each student is entitled to a maximum of 2 complimentary rescheduling requests per course period. Requests must be submitted via our Contact Form at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time via our Contact Form. Once these three requests have been used, no further rescheduling will be permitted. Any sessions missed after the allowance is exhausted are non-refundable and cannot be made up.

Students are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled sessions. To maintain the academy's schedule, late arrivals will not result in an extension of class time. Sessions missed without prior notice ("no-shows") are considered completed and are ineligible for refunds, credits, or make-up arrangements.

Yes. Refunds apply to both AI Foundation Group Classes and One-on-One Sessions.

Within thirty (30) days of purchase, a full refund is available if the course has not started, or a refund for unused classes if the course has begun. After thirty (30) days, all fees are non-refundable.

Refund requests must be submitted by contacting us via the Contact Form. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

• AI Foundation Group Classes:
  Classes must be completed within the scheduled course period. Missed classes do not extend the course duration.

• One-on-One Sessions:
  Each lesson package must be completed within 30 days from the purchase date. Unused classes will be forfeited without refund.
